Initial Consultation:
A 30-minute meeting with our consultant to discuss the overall vision and specific needs for your event. You have the opportunity to discuss any pre-selected vendors you want to use, your budget, the number of people you expect to attend and anything else you want to incorporate.

Social Event Package
$200+
Trust Emerald Owl Events to take care of all your event details — this package includes venue & vendor coordination, event decor planning, custom invitations, one 1-hour meeting, two 30-minute meetings, custom vision boards, and budget breakdown.

Corporate Event Package
$400+
Our corporate package includes venue & vendor coordination, event decor planning, custom invitations, travel accommodation planning for out-of-town attendees, one 1-hour meeting, two 30-minute meetings, custom vision boards, and budget breakdown.

Full Wedding Package
$750+
As your partner in planning, we will help search for venues, recruit the ideal team of vendors, provide you with expert advice, imaginative ideas and orchestrate all the logistical details.
With full planning, we will be there from your first vendor selection to when the last guest departs, to make sure it’s the day you have dreamed about.

Partial Wedding Package
$450+
Partial Wedding Planning allows the bride and groom who have already started planning to select which services you require assistance in booking. We agree upon the level of planning assistance needed.
It may involve the venue, some key vendors, hotels decorators, dj, etc. Let us take care of as much or as little of the planning as you need.

On-site Coordinator
$25-40/hour
Let us take away your stress on the day of! We will help with every step from set up to break down, preventing & fixing any problems that may arise during your event. We will remain easily accessible to you throughout the entire event in case there are any details you’d like us to attend to. Of course, we love to see our hard work pay off at your beautiful event!
*Additional travel fees for those located outside of the Austin, TX area.

Already have your event planned out but can't find the right invitations for it? Have an idea for a banner but can't seem to make it come alive? We specialize in custom invitations and graphics for all occasions.
Invitations can be physical or digital (we make some pretty cool animated ones!) and all graphics can be printed on anything you'd like, from banners, to blankets, to coffee mugs-- the possibilities are endless!
